At The Jalen Law Collection, we take great pride in the care, creativity, and quality behind every piece. Each work is made to order or one-of-a-kind, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Here’s what you can expect when shopping with us:

Originals & Prints

• Every original work and print is created with intention and detail. Because of their unique nature, all sales are final.

• Colors or textures may vary slightly from what you see on screen—this is part of the authentic creative process.

Apparel & Merchandise

• Please double-check sizing charts and details before ordering. For hygiene and custom production reasons, all apparel and merchandise sales are final.

Shipping & Delivery

• We package every order carefully. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to them.

• If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

In Case of Our Error

If you receive the wrong item or there is a mistake on our end, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or store credit.
