The Future is Amherst

We are thrilled to announce the completion of a remarkable 1465 square foot mural for the Town of Amherst! Titled "The Future is Amherst," this vibrant artwork celebrates the next generation of public servants who will shape the future of our community.

The mural captures the essence of innocence and imagination as children from diverse backgrounds are depicted as police officers, firefighters, medical professionals, and academic scholars. Dressed in professional attire, they playfully embrace their dreams and aspirations while cherishing the present moment.

To enhance the experience, we have integrated augmented reality technology into the mural. When residents and guests scan the artwork with their mobile devices, the children magically come to life, joyfully running towards the viewer.

I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the offices of Assemblymember Karen McMahon for providing u this incredible opportunity. Special thanks also go to the Art Services Initiative for their invaluable support throughout the project's completion. Additionally, we extend our appreciation to the Town of Amherst Police Department Community Policing and Training Facility staff, as well as the offices of Town Supervisor Brian Kulpa for their unwavering support.

I invite you all to visit the mural and experience this captivating blend of art and technology. It truly exemplifies the spirit of our community and the boundless potential of our future leaders.

Thank you for your continued support, and stay tuned for more exciting updates from the Jalen A. Law Collection! 🎉🖌️
